"Twin prawns" was drawn
in December, 1995 in a salute to one of the greatest brush painting artists
Chi Pai Shih in China. |
The cover of this card
was drawn in 1999 while Dr. Yung Wei was Distinguished Visiting Fellow at
Hoover Institution, Stanford University. His office on the 11th floor
of the Hoover Tower commands fantastic view. |
The Chinese calligraphy of this
greeting card is done by Yung Wei himself of a poem composed by him while
attending a conference on New Order in East Asia in Tokyo, Japan, 1995, in
which he expressed wishes for peaceful change in the region. |
The cover is a group of
migratory birds black-faced spoonbills flocking in Tainan County, Taiwan,
ROC; painted in November, 2003. |
